Case Study: Grown Alchemist

In 2017, I was hired as the APAC Head of Digital for Grown Alchemist, where I built their website with Conversion Digital on Magento plus launched many of their product lines including new formulations for sunscreen and moisturisers via Digital Marketing tactics and implementation across SEO, Paid Search, Meta Ads and Email Marketing. Fast forward to 2023, and one of Grown Alchemist’s founders, Jeremy reached out to me to lead the APAC business again alongside Head of Retail as the brand transitioned under L’Occitane’s ownership. As Grown Alchemist’s Virtual CMO, I managed the PR team, Paid Media Agency, SEO Agency, and promotional strategy to drive growth and keep the business trading while the transferred ownership. During this time, I worked for Grown Alchemist 2 days a week intensively and aligned with their New York HQ to ensure our efforts were on brand, for every tactic we implemented.

One of the standout moments during my time there was launching the Beautifully Brave campaign in partnership with Women’s Shelters, providing crucial funds to help women in need.

My Biggest Achievement.

My partnership with the Head Of Retail also involved overseeing digital strategy and supporting retail efforts, driving incredible results. We celebrated major wins, from an increase in revenue, conversion rates, and site visits to winning a Vogue Beauty Award for the Exfoliator.
